To showcase Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts’ prestigious and luxurious brand with an engaging, inspiring and user-friendly website that drives more bookings and increases loyalty memberships.

Our Approach

We immersed ourselves in the brand – visiting hotels and speaking with those who know Swissôtel inside and out. We also gained a deep understanding of the business goals and challenges, customers and competitors. These insights helped guide a collaborative design process that was centered around the customer experience.

Circle Loyalty

Our goals included increasing loyalty sign-ups, leading us to seamlessly integrate the loyalty program, Swissôtel Circle, into the brand website.
